All timepieces sold by Wrist Flex Timepieces are professionally inspected and guaranteed 100% authentic.

24-Hour Inspection Window

All purchases include a 24-hour inspection period beginning at carrier-recorded adult signature delivery. Written notice must be provided within 24 hours to initiate a return.

Return Requirements

• Watch must be in the exact same condition as delivered.
• All accessories must be included.
• No wear, resizing, alteration, or tampering.
• Return must ship within one business day of approval.

All returns must be shipped via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight, fully insured. USPS returns are not permitted.

Refund Deductions

• Non-refundable payment processing fees (up to 4.0%).
• Any prepaid return label cost provided by Wrist Flex Timepieces.

After the 24-hour inspection window expires, all sales are final.
