Shipping Policy

All watches sold by Wrist Flex Timepieces are shipped fully insured and securely packaged.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Service by default. Priority Overnight or Saturday delivery may be arranged upon written request. Delivery timelines are subject to carrier performance and may be impacted by weather conditions or unforeseen transit delays beyond our control.

If FedEx service is unavailable for a specific location, UPS may be used. USPS is not used for luxury watch shipments.

Insurance & Signature

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value and require adult signature confirmation at delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within one business day after cleared payment and final verification.

Shipping Address

Orders will ship only to the verified billing address associated with the payment method unless otherwise approved in writing.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country.
